【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男,51歲。右肩腫物16年,迅速生長、破潰伴瘙癢和疼痛半年。16年前患者右肩出現(xiàn)一棕色痣樣腫物,指甲大小,伴瘙癢,本院門診予皮膚腫物切除術(shù),術(shù)后病理示良性腫瘤,恢復(fù)良好。約2年前原皮損部位再次長出腫物,逐漸增大,半年前始右肩腫物迅速生長,約8cm×6cm×10cm大小,見破潰、滲血和滲液,于本院行皮膚活檢術(shù),病理結(jié)果示梭形細胞腫瘤,不除外隆突性皮膚纖維肉瘤和神經(jīng)纖維瘤或平滑肌瘤。皮膚科
[Abstract]:The patient was 51 years old in clinical data. The tumor on the right shoulder grew rapidly for 16 years. It was broken with pruritus and pain for half a year. 16 years ago, the patient had a brown nevus tumor on his right shoulder, with the size of his fingernail and itching. Postoperative pathology showed that the benign tumor recovered well. About 2 years ago, the site of the original lesion grew up again, and gradually increased. Six months ago, the tumor of the right shoulder grew rapidly, about 8 cm 脳 6 cm 脳 10 cm in size. The lesions were ruptured, bleeding and exudate, and the skin biopsy was performed in our hospital. The pathological results show spindle cell tumors, except Carina cutaneous fibrosarcoma and neurofibroma or leiomyoma.
