【摘要】：目的觀察特應(yīng)性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)患兒血清25-羥維生素D[25-(OH)Vit D]水平,探討維生素D水平與兒童AD發(fā)病之間的關(guān)系以及AD嚴(yán)重程度與維生素D的關(guān)系。方法收集56例AD患兒(AD組),采用AD評分(SCORAD)對嚴(yán)重程度進(jìn)行評分,抽取清晨空腹靜脈血,檢測血清25-(OH)Vit D水平,同時(shí)收集70例健康兒童(對照組)的清晨空腹血清25-(OH)Vit D水平。分別對男和女AD患兒、重度和中度、AD患者和健康對照組以及中度AD患者和健康對照組進(jìn)行對比研究。結(jié)果AD組血清25-(OH)Vit D水平(51.32±18.56)nmol/L顯著低于對照組(63.45±18.92)nmol/L(P0.01)。AD組中33例(58.92%)血清25-(OH)Vit D水平低于正常值下限50nmol/L,對照組為14.28%(10/70),兩組血清不同濃度25-(OH)Vit D的分布差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。AD評分(SCORAD評分≥40分)的重度AD患兒血清25-(OH)Vit D水平低于(15分≤SCORAD評分40分)中度AD患兒[(44.26±16.93)nmol/L vs.(57.43±17.96)nmol/L,P0.01],男女AD患兒之間沒有差異,中度與對照組無差異。結(jié)論 AD患兒25-(OH)Vit D水平明顯低于健康兒童,而中度AD患兒與健康兒童無差異,推測AD病情加重可能與維生素D水平低下有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in children with atopic dermatitis A (AD). To explore the relationship between vitamin D level and the incidence of AD in children, and the relationship between AD severity and vitamin D. methods 56 cases of AD patients with AD were collected, the severity of AD was evaluated with AD score SCORAD, and fasting venous blood was extracted in the morning. Serum 25-OHH Vit D levels were measured, and fasting serum 25-OHHit D levels in 70 healthy children (control group) were collected at the same time.
