【摘要】：目的研究尋常型銀屑病(PV)患者與正常人血漿可溶性CD147(sCD147)的表達(dá)水平,以銀屑病皮損嚴(yán)重程度評分(PASI)為指標(biāo),觀察PV患者血漿sCD147的表達(dá)水平與病情嚴(yán)重程度的關(guān)系;研究各型銀屑病患者血漿sCD147表達(dá)水平,探討其在銀屑病發(fā)病中的作用。方法應(yīng)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)檢測74例PV患者血漿sCD147的表達(dá)水平,以41例正常人血漿作為對照,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析sCD147與PASI積分的相關(guān)性。同時(shí)檢測10例膿皰型銀屑病(PP)患者、12例關(guān)節(jié)病型銀屑病(PsA)患者和7例紅皮病型銀屑病(PE)患者血漿sCD147的表達(dá)水平,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析各型銀屑病患者血漿sCD147表達(dá)水平的差異。結(jié)果 PV患者血漿sCD147的表達(dá)水平明顯高于正常對照組(Ctrl)(P0.01),sCD147表達(dá)水平與PASI積分無顯著相關(guān)性(r=0.123,P=0.298)。不同類型銀屑病患者血漿sCD147的表達(dá)水平有明顯差異(PVPPPsAPE)(P0.01)。結(jié)論血漿sCD147在銀屑病中表達(dá)水平上調(diào),在銀屑病4種亞型中的表達(dá)存在差異,有望成為新的銀屑病藥物治療靶分子。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of soluble CD147sCD147 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris (PVV) and normal controls, and to observe the relationship between plasma sCD147 expression and severity of the disease in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. To study the expression of plasma sCD147 in patients with psoriasis and its role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods the expression of plasma sCD147 was detected by Elisa in 74 patients with PV and 41 normal controls. The correlation between sCD147 and PASI score was statistically analyzed. The expression of sCD147 in plasma of 10 patients with pustular psoriasis and 12 patients with psoriasis psoriasis and 7 patients with psoriasis erythematosus were detected. Results the plasma sCD147 expression level in PV patients was significantly higher than that in the normal control group. There was no significant correlation between the PASI score and the PASI score in patients with different types of psoriasis. There was no significant correlation between the expression level and the PASI score in patients with different types of psoriasis. There is a significant difference in the expression of sCD147 in plasma. Conclusion the expression of plasma sCD147 in psoriasis is up-regulated. There are differences among the four subtypes of psoriasis, which is expected to be a new target molecule for psoriatic drug therapy.
