【摘要】：目的:評價柔潤保濕霜聯(lián)合復方氟米松軟膏外用治療慢性濕疹的療效及停藥后的復發(fā)情況。方法:將125例慢性濕疹患者隨機分為2組。試驗組63例,采用柔潤保濕霜涂于皮損患處,5 min后再用復方氟米松軟膏薄層涂于患處;對照組62例,單用復方氟米松軟膏薄層涂于患處,2組均每天早晚各使用1次,療程3周。停藥后試驗組繼續(xù)每日早晚各用1次柔潤保濕霜,維持2周。于治療前,治療第1、2、3周隨訪評價療效,停藥后第5、8周評估復發(fā)情況。結果:治療3周后,兩組濕疹面積及嚴重度指數(shù)(EASI)均值均較治療前明顯下降,試驗組明顯低于對照組,前者痊愈率及有效率明顯高于后者(P0.01);停藥后第5、8周對痊愈和顯效患者進行復發(fā)情況隨訪,試驗組在延長后續(xù)護膚治療2周后復發(fā)率明顯低于對照組(P0.05),停藥8周后,試驗組復發(fā)率更明顯低于對照組(P0.01),以上差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義。結論:柔潤保濕霜聯(lián)合復方氟米松軟膏治療慢性濕疹在提高療效,減少復發(fā)方面優(yōu)于單用復方氟米松軟膏。二者聯(lián)合應用具有修復皮膚屏障、減少糖皮質激素用量及不良反應、減少復發(fā)、提高療效等作用,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of Ruorun moisturizing cream combined with compound flumisone ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema and its recurrence. Methods: 125 patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 63), the control group (n = 63), and the control group (n = 63). The soft moisturizing cream was applied to the affected part of the skin for 5 min and then the compound flumisone ointment was applied to the affected area after 5 min, while in the control group 62 cases were treated with the compound flumisone ointment thin layer in the affected area once a day in the morning and evening. The treatment course was 3 weeks. The test group continued to use the moisturizing cream once a day in the morning and evening after withdrawal for 2 weeks. Before the treatment, the treatment was followed up for 2 weeks, and the recurrence was evaluated at the 5th week and the 8th week after the treatment. Results: after 3 weeks of treatment, the recurrence rate was evaluated. The mean values of eczema area and severity index (EASI) in both groups were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the recovery rate and effective rate of the former group were significantly higher than that of the latter group (P 0.01). The relapse rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 2 weeks of prolonged skin care treatment, and 8 weeks after the withdrawal of the drug, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The recurrence rate in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.01), and the above differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: the treatment of chronic eczema with Ruorun moisturizing cream combined with compound flumisone ointment can improve the curative effect. The combined use of the two ointment can repair the skin barrier, reduce the dosage of glucocorticoid and adverse reactions, reduce the recurrence and improve the curative effect, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
