【摘要】：目的比較酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法檢測(cè)與甲苯胺紅不加熱血清試驗(yàn)在梅毒檢驗(yàn)中應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法選取2016年1月-2017年1月進(jìn)行梅毒篩查的160例患者臨床資料為研究對(duì)象,分別采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)與甲苯胺紅不加熱血清試驗(yàn)(TRUST)檢測(cè),對(duì)比兩種檢測(cè)結(jié)果。結(jié)果 ELISA法檢測(cè)血清陽(yáng)性率明顯高于TRUST,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)下意義(P0.05);ELISA檢測(cè)結(jié)果的敏感性、特異性、陰性預(yù)測(cè)值、陽(yáng)性預(yù)測(cè)值均高于TRUST,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 ELISA法在梅毒檢驗(yàn)中陽(yáng)性率較高,適用于大量樣本篩查,值得臨床推廣和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the application value of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) and toluidine red unheated serum test in syphilis test. Methods the clinical data of 160 patients who were screened for syphilis from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the study objects. Elisa and toluidine red unheated serum test were used to detect trust respectively. Results the positive rate of serum detected by ELISA was significantly higher than that of trust, and the difference had the sensitivity and specificity of Elisa. The negative predictive value and positive predictive value were all higher than that of trust, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the positive rate of ELISA method in syphilis test is higher, and it is suitable for screening a large number of samples, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
