【摘要】：目的觀察強脈沖光聯(lián)合重組人表皮生長因子凝膠治療面部激素依賴性皮炎的臨床療效。方法 48例激素依賴性皮炎患者,隨機分為兩組。治療組:25例,強脈沖光治療,1次/4周,共4次,重組人表皮生長因子凝膠,2次/d,共4周;對照組:23例,僅給予強脈沖光治療,1次/4周,共4次。兩組于治療結(jié)束后1和3個月進(jìn)行療效評價。結(jié)果治療組治療結(jié)束后1和3個月有效率分別為72.000%和80.000%,與對照組相比,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療組與對照組嚴(yán)重程度評分均比治療前下降,兩組間評分的比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論強脈沖光聯(lián)合重組人表皮生長因子凝膠治療面部激素依賴性皮炎的療效優(yōu)于單純強脈沖光治療,安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of intense pulse light combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis. Methods 48 patients with hormone dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups. A total of 4 times, the recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel twice a day for 4 weeks, the control group of 23 cases, only given intense pulse light treatment for 1 / 4 weeks, Results the effective rates of the two groups were 72.000% and 80.000, respectively, 1 and 3 months after the end of treatment, compared with those in the control group. The severity scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of the two groups were compared. Conclusion the therapeutic effect of high pulse light combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis is better than that of single intense pulse light therapy.
