【摘要】：報(bào)告1例Meyerson痣�；颊吣�,71歲。右脅部皮損2年,發(fā)生紅暈偶伴瘙癢2個(gè)月。皮損組織病理學(xué)檢查示:真皮乳頭及網(wǎng)狀層較多上皮樣細(xì)胞散在或成巢排列伴黑素沉積,免疫組織化學(xué)染色證實(shí)為黑素細(xì)胞來源,細(xì)胞無明顯異形。痣細(xì)胞周圍致密以淋巴細(xì)胞為主的炎性細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)。表皮增生呈現(xiàn)鱗狀渦樣結(jié)構(gòu)。診斷:Meyerson痣。
[Abstract]:A case of Meyerson's nevus was reported. The male was 71 years old. The skin lesions in the right flank occurred for 2 years. The skin histopathology showed that more epithelioid cells of dermal papilla and reticular layer were scattered or nestled with melanin deposition. Immunohistochemical staining showed that melanocytes originated from nevus cells, and that there was no obvious heteromorphism in the cells. The nevus cells around the nevus were infiltrated with inflammatory cells dominated by lymphocytes. The epidermis proliferated with a squame-like structure and was diagnosed as a nevus.
