【摘要】：目的了解煙臺(tái)市新型毒品吸食者性行為特征與梅毒感染情況。方法采用方便抽樣方法對(duì)煙臺(tái)市新型毒品吸食者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,同時(shí)采集靜脈血進(jìn)行梅毒抗體和艾滋病病毒抗體檢測(cè)。結(jié)果共調(diào)查新型毒品吸食者411人,梅毒感染率為18.0%(74/411);在吸食毒品后主要性伴是固定性伴,占51.6%(212/411),臨時(shí)性伴和商業(yè)性伴分別占35.8%(147/411)、12.7%(52/411);有11.4%(47/411)的新型毒品吸食者在最近一年內(nèi)有同性性行為;最近一個(gè)月內(nèi),最近一次發(fā)生性行為時(shí)安全套使用率為56.0%(108/193)。單因素分析結(jié)果顯示,年齡、婚姻狀況、職業(yè)、月收入、首次吸毒年齡與梅毒感染有關(guān)。多因素Logistic分析顯示,年齡35歲(OR=2.943,95%CI:1.145~7.564,P0.05),同居(OR=4.172,95%CI:1.228~14.171,P0.05),職業(yè)為私營(yíng)/個(gè)體(OR=2.845,95%CI:1.361~5.948,P0.05)、無業(yè)/下崗(OR=2.605,95%CI:1.134~5.984,P0.05)、月收入5 000元者(OR=2.511,95%CI:1.081~5.834,P0.05)患梅毒的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高。結(jié)論新型毒品吸食者性伴情況復(fù)雜,梅毒感染率高,存在較高的同性性行為,且安全套使用率低,需開展積極主動(dòng)的警示性教育與行為干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the sexual behavior and syphilis infection of new drug users in Yantai. At the same time, venous blood was collected for the detection of syphilis antibody and HIV antibody. Results 411 new drug users were investigated, and the syphilis infection rate was 18.0 / 4110.After taking drugs, the main sex partners were fixed sex partners. 51.6% 212 / 411%, temporary partners and commercial partners 35.875 / 4117 / 522 / 4111.There were 11.447 / 411 new drug users who had same-sex sex in the last year; in the last month, the last time they had sex, the condom use rate was 56.01081.93%. Univariate analysis showed that age, Marital status, occupation, monthly income, age at first drug use were associated with syphilis infection. Multivariate Logistic analysis showed, The age of 35 is OR2.94395 CIW 1.1457.564P0.055.The cohabitation income of 5 000 yuan is 1.22814.171%, the occupation is private / individual OR2.84595 CI: 1.3615.948P0.055.The unemployed / laid-off people have 2.60595CIU 1.1345.984P0.05and 5,000 yuan a month. The OR2.51195CI1.081CI1.0834P0.05) has a higher risk of syphilis. Conclusion the sex situation of new drug users is complex, the infection rate of syphilis is high, and there is a higher sexual behavior of the same sex, conclusion there is a higher risk of syphilis among those who have a monthly income of 5,000 yuan or so on a monthly income of 5,000 yuan. Conclusion the incidence of syphilis among new drug users is complex, the prevalence of syphilis is high, and the prevalence of syphilis is high. And condom use rate is low, need to carry out active warning education and behavior intervention.
