【摘要】：報告1例皮膚軟纖維瘤基礎上發(fā)生的鱗狀細胞癌。患者女,65歲。左手臂皮膚袋狀突起10年余,迅速增大6個月。皮膚科檢查:左上臂伸側(cè)有一2.5 cm×2 cm×2 cm暗紅色不規(guī)則球形腫塊,質(zhì)中等,腫塊隨肢體活動可輕度扭轉(zhuǎn)。皮損大體病理:球形腫塊剖面呈灰白色,有蒂;組織病理:腫物表面多灶性壞死,瘤細胞呈巢團狀向纖維組織內(nèi)浸潤,細胞核大、深染、多形,蒂部被覆皮膚基本完整,表皮角化過度,棘層肥厚,纖維組織增生部分變性,皮下見癌細胞浸潤。診斷為皮膚軟纖維瘤繼發(fā)鱗狀細胞癌。
[Abstract]:A case of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) developed on the basis of dermatofibroma was reported. The patient was 65 years old. The skin of the left arm increased rapidly from 10 years to 6 months. Dermatologic examination showed that there was a dark red irregular spherical mass of 2.5 cm 脳 2 cm 脳 2 cm 脳 2 cm on the extension side of the left upper arm. The lesions were grayish white and pedicled, and histopathology showed that the tumor cells infiltrated into the fibrous tissue in the shape of nests, and the nuclei were large and deep stained. The skin covered with polymorphic, pedicled skin was basically intact, epidermal keratosis was excessive, hypertrophy of spinous layer, hypertrophy of fibrous tissue, partial degeneration of fibrous tissue, subcutaneous infiltration of cancer cells, and diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma secondary to skin soft fibroma.
