【摘要】：正患兒男,1歲。因臀部及下肢點狀黑色淺潰瘍3 d于2009年6月11日至我院就診�；純�3 d前臀部、外陰及雙側大腿出現紅色丘疹,丘疹中心有一黑色結痂,無痛癢�；純阂话闱闆r良好,否認死亡家畜、禽接觸史。父母體健,家族中無遺傳性疾病史。體格檢查:系統(tǒng)檢查無異常。皮膚科檢查:雙側臀部、大腿、陰莖及陰囊處散在黑色淺潰瘍,周圍紅腫,中心淺凹,有一黑色結痂(圖1),不易去除,用棉簽刮有少量黑色粉
[Abstract]:The male was 1 year old. He was admitted to our hospital on June 11th 2009 because of the spot black shallow ulcer in the buttocks and lower extremities. Red papules appeared in the buttocks, vulva and bilateral thighs of the children 3 days ago, and a black scab appeared in the center of the papules. No pain and itching. Children are generally in good condition, denying the history of livestock and poultry contact. Parents are healthy, there is no history of hereditary diseases in the family. Physical examination: no abnormalities in the system.
