AQP5在手汗癥合并腋窩多汗患者腋窩汗腺中的表達(dá)及意義

【摘要】: 目的:檢測(cè)手汗癥伴腋窩多汗患者腋窩汗腺中水通道蛋白(aquaporin,AQP)的表達(dá)并探討其與手汗癥伴腋窩多汗發(fā)病機(jī)制的關(guān)系。 方法:收集34例手汗癥伴腋窩多汗患者腋窩汗腺標(biāo)本,按Lai等[1]的手汗分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn):其中重度多汗32例,中度多汗2例;另取正常非手汗伴腋窩多汗患者腋窩汗腺標(biāo)本8例作對(duì)照組。應(yīng)用HE染色法對(duì)腋窩汗腺進(jìn)行染色,在光鏡下分別計(jì)算其腋窩汗腺數(shù)目,并進(jìn)行比較分析;應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)法(SP法)測(cè)定水通道蛋白(AQP1,AQP3和AQP5)的表達(dá)水平并進(jìn)行比較分析。 結(jié)果:HE染色結(jié)果顯示:光鏡下可見(jiàn)汗腺的分泌部和導(dǎo)管部,汗腺細(xì)胞胞核被染成深藍(lán)色,胞質(zhì)被染成紅色;有些患者的汗腺呈團(tuán)或呈簇聚集在一起,有些患者的汗腺是單個(gè)獨(dú)立分布。汗腺計(jì)數(shù)結(jié)果顯示:手汗癥伴腋窩多汗患者腋窩汗腺數(shù)目較對(duì)照組無(wú)明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(Z=-1.506, P=0.132)。免疫組化結(jié)果顯示:兩組腋窩汗腺上均有水通道蛋白AQP5的表達(dá),均無(wú)AQP1,AQP3表達(dá)。分析比較顯示水通道蛋白AQP5在手汗伴腋窩多汗患者腋窩汗腺中表達(dá)較對(duì)照組顯著升高(Z=-3.523, P㩳0.001)。 結(jié)論:兩組腋窩汗腺的數(shù)目是沒(méi)有明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異的。水通道蛋白AQP1,AQP3不參與腋窩汗腺的分泌,AQP5與手汗癥伴腋窩多汗患者腋窩多汗有關(guān),AQP5表達(dá)增強(qiáng)很可能是手汗癥伴腋窩多汗患者腋窩多汗的發(fā)病機(jī)制之一。
[Abstract]:Aim: to detect the expression of aquaporin aquaporin (AQP) in the axillary sweat gland of the patients with palmar hyperhidrosis and to explore the relationship between aquaporin aquaporin and the pathogenesis of hyperhidrosis in the armpit. Methods: according to Lai's criteria, 32 cases were severe hyperhidrosis and 2 cases moderate hyperhidrosis. The axillary sweat glands were stained with HE staining method, and the number of axillary sweat glands were calculated under light microscope, and the number of axillary sweat glands were compared and analyzed. The expression levels of aquaporin-1 AQP3 and AQP5) were determined by immunohistochemical method (SP method) and compared with each other. Results: under light microscope, the secretory and ductal parts of sweat glands could be seen. The nuclei of sweat gland cells were stained dark blue and the cytoplasm was stained red. The sweat glands of some patients were clustered or clustered together. The number of axillary sweat glands in patients with palmar hyperhidrosis and hyperhidrosis was not significantly different from that in the control group. The immunohistochemical results showed that the number of axillary sweat glands in the two groups was higher than that in the control group. The expression of aquaporin AQP5 was observed. Analysis and comparison showed that the expression of aquaporin AQP5 in the sweat gland of hand sweat patients with axillary hyperhidrosis was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the expression of aquaporin AQP5 was significantly higher than that of the control group. 0.001. Conclusion: there is no significant difference in the number of axillary sweat glands between the two groups. Aquaporin AQP1- AQP3 does not participate in the secretion of axillary sweat glands. The increased expression of AQP5 may be related to the hyperhidrosis of the armpit in patients with palmar hyperhidrosis and hyperhidrosis. One of the pathogenesis of axillary hyperhidrosis in patients with axillary hyperhidrosis.
