【摘要】：正1臨床資料例1.女,84歲。右耳垂暗紅色腫物1年伴破潰出血半年。患者于2012年12月右耳垂出現(xiàn)綠豆大淡紅色丘疹,質(zhì)硬邊界清,因明顯瘙癢就診于村衛(wèi)生院,給予外用藥莫匹羅星軟膏(百多邦),未見明顯好轉(zhuǎn),此后患者持續(xù)搔抓,皮損逐步發(fā)展成暗紅色紅棗大腫物,半年前中央開始破潰結(jié)痂,痂皮脫落流血流膿,不久形成新的痂皮。為求明確診治遂來我院就診�；颊呒韧w健,無頭、頸部腫物及結(jié)核等疾病,家族成員中
[Abstract]:Case 1 Clinical data: 1. Female: 84 years old. Dark red tumor of right ear lobe with rupture and bleeding for 1 year and half a year. On December 2012, the patient presented with mung bean large reddish papules in the right ear lobe, with clear hard boundary, and saw Yu Cun Health Center for obvious itching. After giving the external medicine mupiloxin ointment (more than 100 Bandao, no obvious improvement), the patient continued to scratch, the lesions gradually developed into a dark red jujube mass, and half a year ago, the center began to break and scab, and the scabs fell off and shed, bleeding and emptying.
