【摘要】：目的評價小切口結合微孔引流術治療腋臭的臨床療效及安全性等。方法對入選的86例腋臭患者進行經(jīng)小切口進入剝離患區(qū)皮膚,剪除及搔刮患區(qū)大汗腺及脂肪組織,完成后應用尖刀片對術區(qū)間隔打微孔幫助瘀血引流而不用引流條。結果 85例術后無復發(fā),1例輕微復發(fā),并且均達到美容效果;1例傷口感染,2例輕微小血腫,均未影響愈合;2例打孔處輕微瘢痕;療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組,不良反應明顯少于對照組。結論小切口結合微孔引流術治療腋臭可一次性根除腋臭,具有不復發(fā)而且安全性好的優(yōu)點,術后基本不產(chǎn)生血腫和瘢痕,既能根除腋臭又能達到美觀目的,是目前治療腋臭理想方法之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of small incision combined with micropore drainage in the treatment of axillary odor. Methods 86 patients with axillary odor were selected to enter the skin of the affected area through small incision and cut off and scratch the sweat glands and adipose tissue of the affected area. After completion, the operation area interval was perforated by sharp knife to help blood stasis drainage without drainage strip. Results there was no recurrence in 1 case, and the cosmetic effect was achieved in 1 case of wound infection and 2 cases of minor hematoma. The curative effect was significantly better than that in the control group, and the adverse reaction was significantly less than that in the control group. Conclusion the treatment of axillary odor with small incision combined with micropore drainage can eliminate axillary odor at one time. It has the advantages of no recurrence and good safety. There is no hematoma and scar after operation. It can not only eradicate axillary odor but also achieve the aesthetic goal. It is one of the ideal methods for the treatment of axillary odor.
