【摘要】：目的通過探討1949—2016年中山市麻風(fēng)病的流行病學(xué)特征分析,為更好地制定預(yù)防控制麻風(fēng)病的策略和措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法收集1949—2016年登記于全國麻風(fēng)病信息管理系統(tǒng)(LEPMIS)的中山市轄區(qū)的所有麻風(fēng)病患者1 560例。分析其流行病學(xué)特征,并采用X~2檢驗和非條件的logistic回歸分析方法分析麻風(fēng)病患者發(fā)生畸殘的影響因素。結(jié)果 10年平均發(fā)病率以1961—1970年最高,1970年后年平均發(fā)病率呈下降趨勢。1980年以后,年平均發(fā)病率下降到5/10萬以下;1990年以后下降到1/10萬以下。麻風(fēng)病發(fā)生畸殘因素分析延遲期2年(晚期病例)是延遲期≤2年(早期病例)發(fā)生麻風(fēng)畸殘的2.85倍(P0.001)。結(jié)論 20世紀(jì)80年代后中山市麻風(fēng)病疫情得到了較好的控制;麻風(fēng)病發(fā)生畸殘的主要影響因素為麻風(fēng)病發(fā)現(xiàn)的延遲期。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the epidemiological characteristics of leprosy in Zhongshan City from 1949 to 2016. Methods 1 560 cases of leprosy patients in Zhongshan City, registered in the National Leprosy Information Management system (LepMISS) from 1949 to 2016, were collected and their epidemiological characteristics were analyzed, in order to provide scientific basis for better development of strategies and measures for the prevention and control of leprosy. The influencing factors of disability in leprosy patients were analyzed by X2 test and non-conditional logistic regression analysis. Results the average incidence of leprosy in 10 years was the highest in 1961-1970, and decreased after 1970. The annual average incidence of leprosy decreased below 5/10 000 and below 1/10 000 after 1990. The delayed period of 2 years (late cases) is 2.85 times that of delayed period 鈮，
