【摘要】：正默克公司宣布水痘帶狀皰疹病毒滅活疫苗(V 212)首次Ⅲ期臨床試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,可使免疫功能低下患者的帶狀皰疹發(fā)病率降低64%。Ⅲ期臨床NCT01229267試驗(yàn)是隨機(jī)、雙盲、安慰劑對照、多中心研究、入選18歲以上因惡性疾病需要進(jìn)行自體造血干細(xì)胞移植者。患者有水痘感染史,水痘病毒抗體陽性,無計(jì)劃串聯(lián)移植,無水痘疫苗接種史,無帶狀皰疹感染,抗病毒預(yù)防≤6個(gè)月。合格受試者1230名隨機(jī)接受四劑V212接
