【摘要】：目的:觀察透明質(zhì)酸修護生物膜聯(lián)合吡美莫司治療面部糖皮質(zhì)激素依賴性皮炎的療效。方法:將患者按就診的登記號單雙號分組,按試驗標準進行篩選排除后,試驗組62例,對照組50例納入統(tǒng)計。試驗組患者外用透明質(zhì)酸修護生物膜聯(lián)合吡美莫司連續(xù)治療4周,后4周停用吡美莫司,每日外用透明質(zhì)酸修護生物膜2次。對照組患者僅外用吡美莫司治療4周,停藥后觀察4周。分別于治療前和治療第2、4、8周進行療效評估,測定皮膚生理指標并觀察復發(fā)情況。結果:治療2周時試驗組痊愈率高于對照組(P0.05),兩組顯效率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;治療第4周試驗組痊愈率和顯效率均高于對照組(P均0.05)。治療第2、4、8周后,試驗組經(jīng)皮水分丟失(TEWL)值均低于對照組,而角質(zhì)層含水量(WCSC)均高于對照組(P均0.05)。治療第8周試驗組復發(fā)率(6.45%)低于對照組(18%)(P0.05)。結論:外用透明質(zhì)酸修護生物膜聯(lián)合吡美莫司治療面部糖皮質(zhì)激素依賴性皮炎療效優(yōu)于單純外用吡美莫司,且降低復發(fā)率。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of hyaluronic acid membrane repair combined with pimecrolimus in the treatment of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis. Methods: the patients according to the registration number of single packet, according to the standard screening test were excluded, 62 cases of test group and control group of 50 cases included in the statistics. The experimental group were treated with hyaluronic acid repair biofilm and pimecrolimus treated for 4 weeks, 4 weeks after discontinuation of pimecrolimus, daily topical hyaluronic acid membrane repair 2 times. The control group were only topical pimecrolimus in the treatment of 4 weeks after discontinuation of treatment for 4 weeks. The curative effect was evaluated before treatment and at 2,4,8 weeks respectively. Determination of physiological index of the skin and the recurrence were observed after 2 weeks of treatment. Results: the cure rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P0.05), the two group was no significant difference; after fourth weeks of treatment, experimental group cure rate and effective rate were higher than the control group (P 0.05) in second, After 4,8 weeks, the experimental group of transepidermal water loss (TEWL) values were lower than the control group, while the water content of stratum corneum (WCSC) were higher than the control group (P < 0.05). After eighth weeks of treatment, the recurrence rate of experimental group (6.45%) than in the control group (18%) (P0.05). Conclusion: hyaluronic acid repair biofilm and pimecrolimus in the treatment of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis efficacy than simple topical pimecrolimus, and reduce the recurrence rate.
