【摘要】：正1病歷資料患者男,33歲。腹股溝丘疹2個(gè)月,于2013年3月16日來(lái)江蘇盛澤醫(yī)院皮膚科就診�；颊�2個(gè)月前發(fā)現(xiàn)左側(cè)腹股溝下方有一黃豆大紅色丘疹,之后逐漸增大為約拇指甲蓋大紅色斑塊,上附有少許鱗屑,無(wú)自覺(jué)癥狀。曾在多家醫(yī)院就診,診斷為"股癬",外涂抗真菌藥物(具體不詳)無(wú)效�；颊呒韧w健,無(wú)煙酒等不良嗜好,無(wú)高血壓、糖尿病史,無(wú)肝炎結(jié)核病史,無(wú)甲狀腺疾病病史,無(wú)外傷史,家族中無(wú)類似疾病患者。
[Abstract]:The patient was admitted to the Dermatology Department at Shengze Hospital in Jiangsu Province on Mar . 16 , 2013 . It was found that there was a large red rash on the left inguinal region on March 16 , 2013 . There was a small amount of scales and no conscious symptoms . The patient had previous physical and non - smoking , and had no history of hypertension , diabetes , no history of tuberculosis , no history of thyroid disease , no history of trauma , and no similar disease in the family .
