【摘要】：目的·探討2型糖尿病患者胃排空速率的可能影響因素。方法·選取2013年9月-2014年3月上海交通大學醫(yī)學院附屬仁濟醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科收治的94例2型糖尿病患者作為研究對象,對胃排空速率指標半排空時間(T1/2)及食物在胃內(nèi)2 h滯留率(R120min)進行檢測。結(jié)果·與男性患者比較,女性患者T1/2較長(P=0.000),R120 min較高(P=0.000);胃排空正常組與延遲組之間的年齡、病程、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)、血糖水平、糖尿病慢性并發(fā)癥及胃腸道癥狀的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義,且阿卡波糖對2型糖尿病患者的胃排空速率無影響。結(jié)論·2型糖尿病患者的胃排空速率與性別有關,與血糖水平、糖尿病慢性并發(fā)癥、胃腸道癥狀及是否使用阿卡波糖無明顯相關。
