納米碳酸鈣驅(qū)鉛效果研究

【摘要】:目的探討納米碳酸鈣的驅(qū)鉛效果。方法實(shí)驗(yàn)藥物納米碳酸鈣(40~80 nm),采用超重力反應(yīng)沉淀法復(fù)制。4周齡大鼠連續(xù)14 d飲用醋酸鉛溶液被復(fù)制成重度鉛中毒模型(血鉛濃度達(dá)到500μg/L)。原子吸收光譜法檢測(cè)大鼠血鉛濃度。結(jié)果給藥22 d后,納米碳酸鈣40~80 nm組的血鉛平均濃度為(117±7)μg/L,接近正常血鉛水平,低于對(duì)照組的平均血鉛濃度(297±33)μg/L(P0.05)。結(jié)論納米碳酸鈣(40~80 nm)具有較好的驅(qū)鉛效果,優(yōu)于自然排鉛。
