B型尿鈉肽測定在糖尿病性心肌病早期診斷的價值

【摘要】:目的探討血漿B型尿鈉肽(BNP)在糖尿病性心肌病患者中的診斷價值。方法選擇高州市人民醫(yī)院2010年7月至2013年7月門診及住院的2型糖尿病性心肌病患32例為糖尿病性心肌病組;32例單純2型糖尿病患者為單純糖尿病組及32例健康人為健康對照組,采用免疫發(fā)光分析法測定3組的血漿BNP水平。結(jié)果對比糖化血紅蛋白、膽固醇、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)的水平,糖尿病性心肌病組及單純糖尿病組較健康對照組升高(P0.05);糖尿病性心肌病組的空腹血糖(FPG)以及BNP水平均與健康對照組相比明顯升高,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01);糖尿病心肌病組FPG、LDL-C以及BNP水平均高于單純糖尿病組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論測定BNP水平可作為預(yù)測糖尿病性心肌病早期診斷和篩查指標(biāo)之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the diagnostic value of plasma B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy. Methods from July 2010 to July 2013, 32 patients with type 2 diabetic cardiomyopathy, 32 patients with simple type 2 diabetes mellitus and 32 healthy controls were selected from Gaozhou people's Hospital. Plasma BNP levels were measured by immunoluminescence assay. Results the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin, cholesterol, triacylglycerol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in diabetic cardiomyopathy group and diabetic cardiomyopathy group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group (P 0.05), and the fasting blood glucose (FPG) and BNP levels in diabetic cardiomyopathy group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group (P 0.01). The levels of FPG,LDL-C and BNP in diabetic cardiomyopathy group were significantly higher than those in diabetic cardiomyopathy group (P 0.05). Conclusion the determination of BNP level can be used as one of the predictors of early diagnosis and screening of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
