【摘要】：正1病例報(bào)告患者女,24歲,因"間斷上腹痛1年余",于2014-06-26到河南省人民醫(yī)院就診。病史:進(jìn)食后間斷上腹部疼痛1年余。疼痛為陣發(fā)性,與進(jìn)食有關(guān),進(jìn)食后約持續(xù)20 min,自行緩解,口服"止痛藥物"無改善。不伴惡心、嘔吐,不伴返酸噯氣,不伴嘔血,不伴腹瀉,不伴黑便,不伴胸悶,不伴發(fā)熱,不伴陣發(fā)性心悸、出汗、面色蒼白和肢體無力。2014-06-15就診于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院,胃鏡示:胃多發(fā)息肉;糜爛性賁門炎。給予口服西米替丁、枸櫞酸鉍鉀顆粒、奧美拉唑腸溶膠囊和嗎叮
[Abstract]:The female, 24 years old, was admitted to Henan Provincial people's Hospital in 2014 because of "intermittent upper abdominal pain for more than 1 year". History: intermittent upper abdominal pain after eating for more than 1 year. The pain was paroxysmal, which was related to eating. It lasted about 20 min, after eating, and there was no improvement in oral painkiller. No nausea, vomiting, no acid belching, no vomiting, no diarrhea, no black stool, no chest tightness, no fever, no paroxysmal palpitation, sweating, pale complexion and weakness of the limbs. 2014-06 15 was seen in the local hospital, gastroscopy showed multiple polyps of the stomach, erosive carditis.
