【摘要】：正由于HIV感染引起的病理特征同免疫系統(tǒng)的衰老之間具有眾多相似性,近年來免疫衰老(Immunosenescence)成為了HIV研究領(lǐng)域的前沿。一方面免疫系統(tǒng)的衰老會減弱免疫反應(yīng)和免疫監(jiān)視能力,造成機(jī)體對感染性疾病更加敏感和喪失疫苗響應(yīng)能力[1,2]。另一方面HIV持續(xù)復(fù)制及其引發(fā)的慢性免疫活化(Immune activation)與炎癥(Inflammation)又會進(jìn)一步加速免疫衰老,即使長期的抗逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒治療也難以遏制這一過程,最終增加感染者罹患老年病和發(fā)展為艾滋病的風(fēng)險[3]。因此,研
