【摘要】：目的檢測自身免疫性疾病患者血清中抗白念珠菌烯醇化酶(Eno)IgG型抗體表達(dá)情況。方法以重組白念珠菌Eno為包被抗原,建立ELISA檢測方法并對反應(yīng)條件優(yōu)化,檢測健康獻(xiàn)血員對照組和自身免疫性疾病患者血清中抗白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗體。用Western blot法驗證部分Eno抗體陽性血清的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果共檢測自身免疫性疾病患者血清70份,其中抗白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗體陽性血清19份,總體陽性率為27.14%(19/70)。與對照組相比,自身免疫性疾病患者白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗體陽性率明顯升高。其中,類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗體陽性率為11.8%(2/17)、紅斑狼瘡患者陽性率為45.8%(11/24)。部分血清反應(yīng)特異性得到Western blot驗證。結(jié)論自身免疫性疾病患者血清抗白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗體陽性率較高,可能對白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗體應(yīng)用于侵襲性念珠菌病診斷有干擾。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of anti-candida enolase (Eno) IGG antibody in serum of patients with autoimmune diseases. Methods using recombinant candida albicans Eno as coating antigen, a ELISA detection method was established and the reaction conditions were optimized. the serum anti-Eno antibody against candida albicans in healthy blood donors and patients with autoimmune diseases was detected.
