【摘要】：肥胖在我國(guó)和世界范圍均已成為嚴(yán)重的健康問題。在人類進(jìn)入精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)時(shí)代,隨著基因組學(xué)等分子生物學(xué)的技術(shù)進(jìn)步,肥胖的基礎(chǔ)與臨床研究取得了很大的進(jìn)展。但由于肥胖是大量異質(zhì)性很大的疾病群構(gòu)成,隨著精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)研究的深入,對(duì)曾經(jīng)認(rèn)同的肥胖的診斷和分類提出了諸多挑戰(zhàn),目前仍缺少可用于臨床實(shí)踐和商業(yè)化的疾病預(yù)測(cè)模型。在肥胖研究中,經(jīng)典細(xì)胞因子和脂肪因子外的胃腸激素及相關(guān)分子、攝食相關(guān)信號(hào)通路蛋白等蛋白分子標(biāo)志物和腸道基因組學(xué)等分子生物學(xué)研究是精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療研究的基礎(chǔ),加強(qiáng)整合個(gè)體化及群體性的分子生物學(xué)和遺傳學(xué)研究,最終為肥胖癥在精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療下向臨床應(yīng)用轉(zhuǎn)化奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Obesity has become a serious health problem in China and the world. In the era of precision medicine, with the technological progress of genomics and other molecular biology, great progress has been made in the basic and clinical research of obesity. However, because obesity is a large number of heterogeneous disease groups, with the deepening of precision medical research, there are many challenges to the diagnosis and classification of obesity. At present, there is still a lack of disease prediction models that can be used in clinical practice and commercialization. In the study of obesity, gastrointestinal hormones and related molecules outside classical cytokines and fat factors, protein molecular markers such as feeding related signaling pathway proteins and molecular biology such as intestinal genomics are the basis of accurate medical research. To strengthen the integration of individualized and group molecular biology and genetics research, and finally lay the foundation for the transformation of obesity into clinical application under accurate medical treatment.
