【摘要】：目的評(píng)估Graves眼病(GO)患者的生活質(zhì)量與眼病活動(dòng)度、甲狀腺自身抗體等的相關(guān)性。方法以SF-36量表及眼病特異性生活質(zhì)量量表(GO-QOL)調(diào)查44例GO患者的生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分,檢測(cè)患者的甲狀腺功能、相關(guān)抗體水平及疾病活動(dòng)度評(píng)分。結(jié)果年齡45歲的GO患者SF-36評(píng)分、GO-QOL評(píng)分顯著低于年齡≤45歲的患者(P0.05)。促甲狀腺激素受體抗體(TRAb)10 IU/m L的患者GO-QOL評(píng)分及其中的社會(huì)心理評(píng)分低于TRAb≤10 IU/m L的患者(P0.05)。GO眼病活動(dòng)度評(píng)分≥3分的患者SF-36評(píng)分和GO-QOL評(píng)分均顯著低于眼病活動(dòng)度評(píng)分3分的患者(均P0.01)。結(jié)論 GO患者眼病特異性的生活質(zhì)量降低,降低程度與年齡、TRAb水平和眼病活動(dòng)度相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the correlation between the quality of life (QOL) of (GO) patients with Graves ophthalmopathy and the activity of ophthalmopathy, thyroid autoantibodies and so on.
