跌倒與雙足靜力性平衡及羧化不全骨鈣素水平的相關(guān)性分析
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between fall, static balance and carboxylation of osteocalcin (uc OC) in the elderly. Methods from October 2016 to January 2017, 125 healthy elderly patients (31 cases with no history of fall, 31 cases with history of once fall, 30 cases with history of two falls) were collected from the health examination center of our hospital from October 2016 to January 2017. The serum uc OC level was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the pressure center (center of pressure, was measured by Footscan Balance 7.7 flat plantar pressure test system. COP), and the elliptical area (95%confidence ellipse area,EA) of the orbit around the pressure center, to evaluate the static balance ability, and to compare the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in age, sex, body mass index, waist-to-hip ratio between the three groups (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in Cop XCop Y between the elderly group and the control group. Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference in (EA) in the elliptical area including the total length of the pressure center moving TTW, around 95% of the pressure center in the fall group (P0.05), and the increase of the carboxylation incomplete osteocalcin in the fall group compared with the control group (P0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the number of falls in the elderly is negatively correlated with the static balance ability and positively correlated with the level of carboxylated incomplete osteocalcin.
