高原對健康青年男性24 h動態(tài)血壓的影響

【摘要】:目的研究高原與平原不同環(huán)境條件下對健康青年男性24 h動態(tài)血壓的影響。方法選擇健康青年男性100名,先后在平原與高原不同環(huán)境下進行24 h動態(tài)血壓監(jiān)測。采用SPSS 17.0軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果平原與高原24 h動態(tài)血壓在24 h平均收縮壓和舒張壓、白晝(6∶00~22∶00)平均收縮壓和舒張壓、夜間(22∶00~6∶00)平均收縮壓和舒張壓、24 h平均心率、最大心率、最小心率、24 h收縮壓、舒張壓血壓負(fù)荷、白晝收縮壓、舒張壓血壓負(fù)荷、夜間收縮壓、舒張壓血壓負(fù)荷存在顯著性差異(P0.05);在收縮壓和舒張壓下降率、白晝收縮壓和舒張壓變異系數(shù)、夜間收縮壓和舒張壓變異系數(shù)方面無顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論高原收縮壓、舒張壓均顯著高于平原,高原24 h與白晝平均舒張壓升高程度高于收縮壓。高原血壓負(fù)荷、24 h平均心率、最大心率、最小心率均高于平原,且離散程度較平原大。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of high altitude and plain on 24 h ambulatory blood pressure in healthy young men. Methods 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was performed on 100 healthy young men in different environments of plain and plateau. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure, mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure at 24 h, mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure in day (6: 00 22: 00), mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) at night (22: 00: 6: 00), mean heart rate at 24 h and maximum heart rate were found in plain and high altitude. Minimum heart rate, 24 h systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure load, daytime systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure load, night systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure load were significantly different (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the decrease rate of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, the coefficient of variation in daytime systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure, and the variation coefficient of night systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure (P0.05). Conclusion systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure at high altitude were significantly higher than those in plain, and the elevation of mean diastolic blood pressure at 24 h and day was higher than that of systolic blood pressure at high altitude. The mean heart rate, maximum heart rate and minimum heart rate in 24 hours were higher than those in plain, and the dispersion degree was larger than that in plain.
