【摘要】：目的:分析河南省息縣農(nóng)村糖尿病患者的就醫(yī)選擇及其影響因素。方法:采取隨機整群抽樣,以現(xiàn)場問卷形式進行調(diào)查。采用描述性分析、單因素分析和二分類logistic回歸分析等統(tǒng)計學方法分析糖尿病患者就醫(yī)選擇及其影響因素。結(jié)果:58.2%的農(nóng)村糖尿病患病患者傾向于基層醫(yī)療機構(gòu)就診�；疾r間、自感健康狀況、醫(yī)藥費用負擔以及經(jīng)濟收入的糖尿病患者就醫(yī)機構(gòu)選擇有統(tǒng)計學差異(均P0.05)。Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,患病時間、自感健康狀況、醫(yī)藥費用負擔及經(jīng)濟收入是息縣糖尿病患者就醫(yī)選擇的影響因素。結(jié)論:息縣糖尿病患者的就醫(yī)選擇較為理智,政府應(yīng)當繼續(xù)加強基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機構(gòu)的醫(yī)療以及慢性健康管理服務(wù)能力,進一步改善慢性病患者的就醫(yī)選擇行為。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the choice of medical treatment and its influencing factors for diabetic patients in rural areas of Xixian County, Henan Province. Methods: random cluster sampling was carried out in the form of field questionnaire. Descriptive analysis, univariate analysis and two-classification logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the choice of patients with diabetes and its influencing factors. Results: 58.2% of diabetes patients in rural areas tended to go to primary medical institutions. There were significant differences in the time of illness, the state of self-perceived health, the burden of medical expenses and the income of diabetes patients. (P0.05) the results of). Logistic regression analysis showed that the time of illness, the state of self-perceived health, The burden of medical expenses and economic income are the factors influencing the choice of diabetes patients in Xinjian County. Conclusion: the selection of diabetes patients in Xixian County is reasonable. The government should continue to strengthen the ability of medical treatment and chronic health management service in primary medical and health service institutions to further improve the behavior of patients with chronic diseases.
