【摘要】：目的:探討甘油三酯與臂踝動脈脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度(baPWV)的關(guān)系。方法:選擇開灤研究人群(卒中隊列5 219例、老年人群隊列1 754例、妊娠高血壓隊列1 561例、外周血管疾病篩查人群14 088例)共22 622例完成baPWV檢測,采用偏相關(guān)分析甘油三酯與baPWV的相關(guān)性,多因素線性回歸、多因素Logistic回歸分析甘油三酯對baPWV的影響。結(jié)果:在22 622例人群中,排除甘油三酯缺失909例,最終納入研究隊列的為21 713例。結(jié)果顯示,隨著甘油三酯水平的增加,平均baPWV水平和baPWV≥1400 cm/s的檢出率均呈上升趨勢,偏相關(guān)分析結(jié)果表明甘油三酯與baPWV之間呈正相關(guān)(r=0.235),校正年齡、性別后甘油三酯與baPWV仍呈正相關(guān)(r=0.080)。Logistics回歸分析表明,校正其他混雜因素后甘油三酯第二分位組、第三分位組、第四分位組與甘油三酯第一分位組相比均是baPWV≥1 400 cm/s的危險因素,比值比及95%可信區(qū)間分別為1.161(1.035~1.302)、1.312(1.165~1.476)、1.652(1.463~1.865)。結(jié)論:甘油三酯與脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度呈正相關(guān),甘油三酯與脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度獨立關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between triglyceride and brachial artery pulse wave velocity (baPWV). Methods: baPWV was detected in 22 622 patients (5 219 stroke cohort, 1 754 elderly population, 1 561 pregnancy hypertension cohort and 14 088 peripheral vascular disease screening population) in Kailuan study group. The correlation between triglyceride and baPWV, multivariate linear regression and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the effect of triglyceride on baPWV. Results: 909 cases of triglyceride deficiency were excluded from 22 622 subjects, and 21 713 cases were included in the study cohort.
