【摘要】：近年來,我國多地區(qū)飲用水受到不同程度的硝酸鹽污染,且有研究表明多種甲狀腺疾病與飲用水中高濃度硝酸鹽暴露具有關(guān)聯(lián)性。該文對飲用水中硝酸鹽暴露與甲狀腺腫、亞臨床甲狀腺功能減退、甲狀腺功能減退、甲狀腺癌等關(guān)系的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了綜述,并簡要探討了硝酸鹽致甲狀腺疾病的機制。旨在通過了解飲用水中硝酸鹽暴露與甲狀腺疾病關(guān)系,為甲狀腺疾病的防控提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, drinking water in many areas in China has been polluted by nitrate to varying degrees, and some studies have shown that various thyroid diseases are associated with high nitrate exposure in drinking water. The relationship between nitrate exposure and goiter, subclinical hypothyroidism and thyroid carcinoma in drinking water was reviewed, and the mechanism of nitrate induced thyroid disease was briefly discussed. Through understanding the relationship between nitrate exposure and thyroid diseases in drinking water, a new idea for prevention and control of thyroid diseases is provided.
