【摘要】：目的:分析新疆烏魯木齊市天山區(qū)維吾爾族居民糖尿病及糖尿病前期的流行病學(xué)特點及影響因素。方法:采用整群隨機抽樣方法,于2015年8月至12月抽取烏魯木齊市天山區(qū)二道橋片區(qū)(包括躍進街社區(qū)、雙慶巷社區(qū)、二道橋社區(qū)、新市路南社區(qū)、福壽巷社區(qū)、固原巷社區(qū)、油庫巷社區(qū))常住維吾爾族居民1317人為調(diào)查對象,其中男性597人,女性720人。調(diào)查對象年齡均為18歲及18歲以上。對該人群進行問卷調(diào)查、體格檢查及實驗室檢查等,計算受試人群中糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率,分析糖代謝異常的相關(guān)危險因素。結(jié)果:糖尿病和糖尿病前期的患病率分別為9.8%、21.0%,其中男性分別為11.2%、19.1%;女性分別為8.6%、22.5%。不同性別糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(X~2=2.520、2.284,均P0.05)。男性、女性、總糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率均隨年齡增長而增加(均P0.05)。多因素非條件Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果提示:增齡、糖尿病家族史、肥胖、高血壓可能為發(fā)生糖代謝異常的危險因素(OR=1.041、1.587、1.304、1.545,均P0.05);高文化程度可能為發(fā)生糖代謝異常的保護因素(OR=0.813,P0.05)。結(jié)論:新疆烏魯木齊市天山區(qū)維吾爾族居民糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率均較高,須制定針對維吾爾族更加有效的干預(yù)措施,以提高居民生活質(zhì)量及健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of diabetes mellitus and prediabetes in Uygur people in Tianshan District of Urumqi, Xinjiang. Methods: from August to December 2015, a cluster random sampling method was used to select the Erdaoqiao area in Tianshan District of Urumqi (including Yuejin Street Community, Shuangqing Xiang Community, Erdaqiao Community, Lunan Community in Xinshi City, Fushou Xiang Community, Guyuan Lane Community). 1317 Uygur residents were investigated, including 597 males and 720 females. All subjects were 18 years old and over 18 years old. Questionnaire survey, physical examination and laboratory examination were carried out to calculate the prevalence of diabetes mellitus and pre-diabetes mellitus, and to analyze the risk factors of abnormal glucose metabolism. Results: the prevalence rates of diabetes mellitus and prediabetes were 9.8 and 21.0, respectively, among which the male was 11.2and 19.1am, and the female was 8.60.22. There was no significant difference in the prevalence of diabetes mellitus and prediabetes between different genders (X2. 2. 520, 2. 284, P 0. 05). Male, female, total diabetes and prediabetes prevalence increased with age (P0.05). Multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that age, family history of diabetes, obesity and hypertension may be the risk factors of abnormal glucose metabolism (OR=1.041,1.587,1.304,1.545, all P 0.05). High education level may be the protective factor of abnormal glucose metabolism (OR=0.813,P0.05). Conclusion: the prevalence of diabetes and prediabetes is higher in Uygur people in Tianshan District of Urumqi, Xinjiang. It is necessary to formulate more effective intervention measures to improve the quality of life and health level of Uygur residents.
