【摘要】：目的觀察高海拔地區(qū)糖尿病(DM)患者認(rèn)知功能損害特點(diǎn)及相關(guān)危險因素。方法 3種病程DM患者194例行糖化血紅蛋白(HbA1c)、甲狀腺功能、同型半胱氨酸、認(rèn)知功能評分[簡易智力狀況檢查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利爾認(rèn)知評估量表(MoCA)]評估并觀察低血糖情況。結(jié)果 DM病程越長,患者認(rèn)知功能越差(P0.05)。DM患者HbA1c水平與認(rèn)知功能呈負(fù)相關(guān)。同型半胱氨酸是DM患者認(rèn)知功能損害的危險因素。輕度甲狀腺功能減退可加重DM患者認(rèn)知功能損害(P0.05)。低血糖加重DM患者認(rèn)知功能損害(P0.05)。結(jié)論影響高海拔地區(qū)中老年DM患者認(rèn)知功能的主要危險因素是Hb A1c及同型半胱氨酸水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the cognitive impairment characteristics and related risk factors of diabetes mellitus (DM) patients at high altitude. Methods 194 patients with three courses of DM underwent HbA1c, thyroid function, homocysteine, cognitive function scale (MMSE),) The Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale (MoCA) was used to evaluate and observe hypoglycemia. Results the longer the course of DM, the worse the cognitive function (P0.05) HbA1c level was negatively correlated with cognitive function in). DM patients. Homocysteine is a risk factor for cognitive impairment in DM patients. Mild hypothyroidism may aggravate cognitive impairment in patients with DM (P0.05). Hypoglycemia aggravated cognitive impairment in patients with DM (P0.05). Conclusion the main risk factors affecting cognitive function of middle-aged and aged patients with DM at high altitude are Hb A1c and homocysteine levels.
