深海魚油對2型糖尿病老年患者糖脂代謝影響:一項(xiàng)雙盲隨機(jī)對照研究

【摘要】:目的探討富含n-3多不飽和脂肪酸的魚油對老年2型糖尿病患者糖脂代謝的影響,為n-3多不飽和脂肪酸在2型糖尿病治療中的應(yīng)用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用雙盲隨機(jī)對照的研究方法,將篩選的156名研究對象隨機(jī)分成深海魚油干預(yù)組和對照組,進(jìn)行為期6月的雙盲干預(yù)研究,探討n-3多不飽和脂肪酸對糖脂代謝的影響。結(jié)果 3月后干預(yù)組的內(nèi)臟脂肪等級較對照組顯著減小(P=0.049),干預(yù)組血清甘油三酯水平顯著低于對照組(P=0.019),高密度脂蛋白水平顯著高于對照組(P=0.039),TG/HDL值顯著低于對照組(P=0.007);6月后,干預(yù)組血清空腹胰島素降低值顯著高于對照組(P=0.043),干預(yù)組定量胰島素敏感性指標(biāo)數(shù)水平有一定程度的升高,但無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;干預(yù)組血清甘油三酯水平顯著低于對照組(P=0.019),高密度脂蛋白水平顯著高于對照組(P=0.004),TG/HDL值顯著低于對照組(P=0.021)。結(jié)論 n-3多不飽和脂肪酸能調(diào)節(jié)2型糖尿病老年患者的脂代謝,對胰島素敏感性和內(nèi)臟肥胖有一定的改善作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of fish oil rich in n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids on glucose and lipid metabolism in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, and to provide scientific basis for the application of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 156 selected subjects were randomly divided into deep sea fish oil intervention group and control group for six months to investigate the effects of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids on glycolipid metabolism. Results after 3 months, the visceral fat grade in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0. 049), the serum triglyceride level in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0. 019), and the high density lipoprotein level in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0. 039). The TG/HDL value was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0. 007). After 6 months, the serum fasting insulin decreased in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0. 043). The quantitative insulin sensitivity index of the intervention group was increased to some extent, but there was no significant difference between the intervention group and the control group (P < 0. 043). The serum triglyceride level of intervention group was significantly lower than that of control group (P0. 019), the level of high density lipoprotein was significantly higher than that of control group (P0. 004), and the TG/HDL value of intervention group was significantly lower than that of control group (P0. 021). Conclusion n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids can regulate lipid metabolism in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and can improve insulin sensitivity and visceral obesity.
