【摘要】：目的:觀察基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在舍格倫綜合征病人唾液中的表達(dá)情況,分析其與組織病理分級(jí)的相關(guān)性,探討唾液中MMP-9水平作為舍格倫綜合征特異性標(biāo)志物的可能性。方法:采集27例舍格倫綜合征患者(實(shí)驗(yàn)組)和29例下唇黏液囊腫患者(對(duì)照組)的唾液,應(yīng)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)檢測(cè)其MMP-9的表達(dá)水平,其中實(shí)驗(yàn)組按照病理分級(jí)嚴(yán)重程度分為病理分級(jí)低的1、2級(jí)以及病理分級(jí)高的3、4級(jí)患者。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者唾液中MMP-9表達(dá)水平高于對(duì)照組,兩組之間表達(dá)水平結(jié)果比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;病理分級(jí)高的舍格倫綜合征患者組唾液中MMP-9水平高于病理分級(jí)低的患者組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:唾液中MMP-9表達(dá)水平可能成為舍格倫綜合征的一項(xiàng)檢測(cè)指標(biāo),并為臨床診治提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in saliva of patients with Seggren's syndrome, and to analyze its correlation with histopathological grading, and to explore the possibility of MMP-9 level in saliva as a specific marker of Schegren's syndrome. Methods: saliva was collected from 27 patients with Sergren's syndrome (experimental group) and 29 patients with mucocele of lower lip (control group). The expression of MMP-9 was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). According to the severity of pathological grade, the experimental group was divided into 1 and 2 grade with low pathological grade and 3 ~ 4 grade with high pathological grade. Results: the expression of MMP-9 in saliva of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, and the MMP-9 level in the saliva of the patients with high pathological grade was higher than that of the patients with low pathological grade. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: the expression level of MMP-9 in saliva may be a marker of Seglgren's syndrome and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
