低頻脈沖電磁場治療絕經(jīng)后骨質(zhì)疏松癥的臨床療效觀察
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the short and long term effects of low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field (pulsed electromagnetic fields,PEMFs) on postmenopausal osteoporosis patients by observing its clinical effect and 1 year's curative effect. Methods: 60 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients were divided into control group and study group. The control group received 12 months of routine osteoporosis treatment, including calcium, vitamin D, and diphosphonates, while the study group received 30 additional times (1 month) of PEMFs on the basis of routine treatment. All patients were evaluated before and after treatment for 6 and 12 months, including pain and dysfunction index. Lumbar bone mineral density was examined 3 months and 12 months before treatment. Results: there was no significant difference in baseline level (P0.05). The levels of pain and limited function in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group 1 and 12 months after treatment, and the improvement of bone mineral density (bone mass density,BMD) in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group 3 months after treatment. There was no significant difference in BMD between the two groups 6 and 12 months after treatment. Conclusion: on the basis of routine drug therapy combined with PEMFs treatment can improve the pain and motor function of patients with osteoporosis in the short term and has a good long-term effect on the effect of lumbar bone mineral density. But the long-term effect is not obvious.
