【摘要】：目的分析金堂縣農(nóng)村居民血脂異常患病率及其相關(guān)因素,為該縣綜合防控血脂異常及相關(guān)疾病提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用現(xiàn)況研究設(shè)計,多階段整群隨機抽取該縣854名成人,通過問卷調(diào)查、體檢和實驗室檢測等方法開展調(diào)查。調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)采用統(tǒng)一的Epi Data 3.1數(shù)據(jù)庫雙錄入,用SPSS 23.0軟件進行t檢驗、χ~2檢驗、Logistic回歸等統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果該縣農(nóng)村居民血脂異常、高膽固醇血癥、高甘油三酯血癥和低高密度脂蛋白血癥患病率分別為26.46%、9.10%、8.62%、14.08%,標化患病率分別為24.37%、8.65%、7.99%、13.45%;血清中高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平分別為1.36 mmol/L、0.66 mmol/L、4.91 mmol/L、1.33 mmol/L。分析顯示,男性(OR=3.00)、BMI≥25.0(即超重和肥胖,OR超重=1.25,OR肥胖=2.05)、高血糖(OR=1.86)、高血壓(OR=1.57)、腰圍超標(OR=3.55)是血脂異常的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)論金堂縣農(nóng)村居民血脂異�；疾÷瘦^低,但高TC血癥標化患病率和血清TC水平較高,男性患病率高于女性;男性、超重和肥胖、高血壓、高血糖是血脂異常的影響因素,當?shù)卣托l(wèi)生行政部門應(yīng)予以重視并及時采取綜合防控措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the prevalence and related factors of dyslipidemia in rural residents of Jintang County, and to provide scientific basis for comprehensive prevention and control of dyslipidemia and related diseases. Methods 854 adults in this county were randomly selected by multi-stage cluster design and investigated by questionnaire, physical examination and laboratory examination. The data of the investigation were recorded in a unified Epi Data 3.1 database. T test and 蠂 ~ 2 test were used for t test and Logistic regression analysis by using SPSS 23.0 software. Results dyslipidemia and hypercholesterolemia were observed in rural residents of the county. The prevalence rates of hypertriglyceridemia and low density lipoproteinemia were 26.466,9.10 and 8.62, respectively.
