【摘要】：目的探討蘇州市相城區(qū)渭塘鎮(zhèn)60歲以上老年人1年間體重變化與血脂改變的相關(guān)性。方法選取來自蘇州市相城區(qū)渭塘鎮(zhèn)參加健康體檢的老年人,調(diào)查并記錄2010~2014年間的體檢指標(biāo),以2010年作為基線。采用廣義估計方程探討每1年間體重變化與血脂改變的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果體重變化四分位數(shù)為(P25=-1.5 kg,P50=0 kg,P75=1.0 kg)。方差分析結(jié)果顯示,不同體重變化組間血脂改變具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。單變量分析結(jié)果顯示,體重變化與甘油三酯(TG),總膽固醇(TC)含量改變呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),與高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)的含量改變呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。調(diào)整年齡、性別等可能的混雜因素后,仍具有相關(guān)性。結(jié)論蘇州市相城區(qū)渭塘鎮(zhèn)60歲以上老年人1年間體重變化與血脂含量改變具有相關(guān)性。調(diào)整體重有利于人體血脂的改善。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between body weight change and blood lipid change in the elderly over 60 years old in Weitang Town, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou City. Methods the elderly who took part in physical examination in Weitang Town, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou, were selected, and the physical examination indexes of 2010 and 2014 were investigated and recorded, taking 2010 as the baseline. The relationship between body weight change and blood lipid change was studied by using generalized estimation equation. Results the quartile of body weight change was (P25- 1.5 kg,P50=0 kg,P75=1.0 kg). The results of variance analysis showed that the changes of blood lipid in different weight groups were statistically different (P0.05). Univariate analysis showed that the change of body weight was positively correlated with the change of total cholesterol (TC) content of triglyceride (P0.05) and negatively correlated with the change of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) (P0.05). After adjusting for possible confounding factors such as age, sex, etc, there is still correlation. Conclusion the changes of body weight and blood lipid content are related to the changes of body weight and blood lipids in the elderly over 60 years old in Xiangcheng District of Suzhou. Adjusting body weight is beneficial to the improvement of blood lipid.
