性激素結(jié)合球蛋白和胰島β細胞分泌功能的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】：目的觀察健康人群中血清性激素結(jié)合球蛋白(SHBG)水平和胰島β細胞分泌功能的關(guān)系,探討可能的機制。方法選取門診體檢糖耐量正常(NGT)者30名,檢測血清SHBG水平、HbA_1c、血脂譜、肝腎功能等生化指標(biāo)。行OGTT+胰島素釋放試驗,評估胰島β細胞功能(HOMA-β)、早期相胰島素分泌功能和晚期相胰島素分泌功能。結(jié)果平均SHBG為(115.4l±59.37)nmol/L,校正性別、年齡后,NGT者SHBG與胰島β細胞早期相分泌功能(r=-0.40,P=0.028)、晚期相分泌功能(r=-0.39,P=0.033)呈負相關(guān);與HOMA-β無相關(guān)性(r=-0.28,P=0.131)。校正HOMA-IR后,早期相胰島素分泌功能和晚期相胰島素分泌功能與SHBG無相關(guān)性(r=-0.26,P=0.172;r=-0.24,P=0.214)。以SHBG為因變量,以HOMA-β、早期相胰島素分泌功能、晚期相胰島素分泌功能和HOMA-IR為自變量,行多元回歸分析,結(jié)果顯示,各項指標(biāo)均非SHBG的影響因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論在NGT人群中,SHBG與胰島β細胞分泌功能相關(guān),但這一相關(guān)性可能是繼發(fā)于IR。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the level of serum sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) and the secretion function of islet 尾 cells in healthy population and to explore the possible mechanism. Methods 30 patients with normal glucose tolerance (NGT) were selected for outpatient examination. The serum SHBG level, serum HbA1c, blood lipid profile, liver and kidney function and other biochemical indexes were detected. OGTT insulin release test was performed to evaluate the islet 尾 cell function (HOMA- 尾), insulin secretion in the early phase and insulin secretion in the late phase. Results the average SHBG was (115.41 鹵59.37) nmol/L, adjusted for sex. After age, SHBG was negatively correlated with 尾 -cell secretory function in early phase (r-0.40), but negatively correlated with that of HOMA- 尾 in late phase (r-0.39) P0.033 (r-0.28 P0. 131). After adjusting for HOMA-IR, there was no correlation between the insulin secretion in early phase and late phase and SHBG (r-0.26 ~ 0.172 ~ 0.24 ~ 0.24 ~ 0.214). With SHBG as dependent variable, HOMA- 尾, early phase insulin secretion function, late phase insulin secretion function and HOMA-IR as independent variables, multiple regression analysis was carried out. The results showed that each index was not the influencing factor of SHBG (P0.05). Conclusion SHBG is associated with islet 尾 cell secretory function in NGT population, but this correlation may be secondary to IR..
