【摘要】：成人Still病(adult onset Still's disease,AOSD)是一種以長時(shí)間間歇高熱、一過性皮疹、關(guān)節(jié)炎或關(guān)節(jié)痛為主要表現(xiàn),伴有粒細(xì)胞增高,肝、脾及淋巴結(jié)腫大等多系統(tǒng)受累的臨床綜合征。1例71歲2型糖尿病患者出現(xiàn)高熱、皮疹、關(guān)節(jié)痛及粒細(xì)胞增高,在多次復(fù)查鐵蛋白后確診為AOSD。臨床醫(yī)師需提高對該病的認(rèn)識(shí)以便作出早期診斷。對于老年糖尿病患者,即使早期鐵蛋白不高,但當(dāng)臨床上癥狀及體征符合,尤其抗感染治療效果差時(shí),須高度懷疑該病,并及時(shí)多次復(fù)查鐵蛋白以早期明確診斷。
[Abstract]:Adult Still's disease (adult onset Still's disease,AOSD) is characterized by a long period of intermittent high fever, transient rash, arthritis or joint pain, accompanied by granulocyte elevation, liver, Clinical syndrome with multiple system involvement such as splenomegaly and lymphadenopathy. 1 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus aged 71 years with high fever, rash, arthralgia and granulocyte. AOSD. was diagnosed after repeated examination of ferritin. Clinicians need to raise awareness of the disease in order to make early diagnosis. For the elderly patients with diabetes, even if the early ferritin is not high, but when the clinical symptoms and signs are consistent, especially when the effect of anti-infection treatment is poor, the disease should be highly suspected, and the ferritin should be re-examined several times in time for early and definite diagnosis.
