自我管理干預(yù)對(duì)社區(qū)中老年糖尿病患者健康素養(yǎng)的影響

【摘要】:目的探討自我管理干預(yù)對(duì)社區(qū)中老年糖尿病患者健康素養(yǎng)的影響。方法延吉市8個(gè)社區(qū)中老年糖尿病患者160例隨機(jī)分為干預(yù)組和對(duì)照組各80例。干預(yù)組實(shí)施3個(gè)月的自我管理,對(duì)照組維持常規(guī)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)。結(jié)果干預(yù)后,干預(yù)組患者健康素養(yǎng)水平有不同程度的改善,12 w電話隨訪后的健康素養(yǎng)水平比6 w低,但均高于干預(yù)前且閱讀能力和理解能力差異顯著(P0.05);干預(yù)組血脂指標(biāo)在干預(yù)前后無變化(P0.05),空腹血糖(FPG)和糖化血紅蛋白(Hb A1c)在干預(yù)前后有變化(P0.05)。結(jié)論自我管理干預(yù)能夠提高中老年糖尿病患者健康素養(yǎng)水平,但應(yīng)是長期的、持續(xù)的。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of self-management intervention on health literacy of elderly diabetes patients in community. Methods 160 elderly diabetes patients in 8 communities of Yanji city were randomly divided into intervention group (n = 80) and control group (n = 80). The intervention group administered self-management for 3 months, while the control group maintained routine community health services. Results after the intervention, the health literacy level of the patients in the intervention group was improved in varying degrees after 12 weeks of telephone follow-up, and the health literacy level of the patients in the intervention group was lower than that of the patients at 6 weeks. But they were higher than those before intervention and the difference of reading ability and comprehension ability was significant (P0.05); the blood lipid index of intervention group had no change before and after intervention (P0.05), fasting blood glucose (FPG) and Hb A1c were changed before and after intervention (P0.05). Conclusion self-management intervention can improve the health literacy of middle-aged and aged diabetic patients, but it should be long-term and continuous.
