中文版骨質(zhì)疏松知識評價(jià)工具在老年住院患者中應(yīng)用的信效度

【摘要】:目的檢驗(yàn)骨質(zhì)疏松知識評價(jià)工具(OKAT)在中國老年住院患者中應(yīng)用的信效度。方法將英文版骨質(zhì)疏松(OP)知識評價(jià)工具OKAT翻譯成中文版,采用方便取樣的方法在濟(jì)寧醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院對300例老年住院患者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。采用SPSS17.0和AMOS17.0軟件進(jìn)行信效度分析,采用內(nèi)部一致性Cronbachα系數(shù)、分半信度系數(shù)、組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)、條目-總分相關(guān)系數(shù)等評價(jià)信度;采用探索性因子分析(EFA)和驗(yàn)證性因子分析(CFA)評價(jià)其效度。結(jié)果 Cronbachα系數(shù)為0.811,分半信度系數(shù)0.901,各條目組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)(ICC)0.236~0.532,條目相關(guān)性分析顯示各條目得分與總分均具有顯著相關(guān)性。經(jīng)EFA得到兩個(gè)因子,各條目的共同度為0.621~0.851,累計(jì)解釋方差68.532%。對模型進(jìn)行CFA得到調(diào)整擬合優(yōu)度指數(shù)(AGFI)0.922、擬合優(yōu)度指數(shù)(GFI)0.946、近似誤差平方根(RMSEA)0.003、回歸系數(shù)0.16~0.88。此評價(jià)工具的最佳臨界點(diǎn)為9分,≥9分時(shí)表示有OP的危險(xiǎn),其靈敏度73.6%、特異度為60.6%,其受試者工作曲線(ROC)下面積為0.755。結(jié)論中文版OKAT在老年住院患者中應(yīng)用信效度良好,可為篩查老年住院患者OP提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to test the reliability and validity of osteoporosis knowledge evaluation tool (OKAT) in elderly inpatients in China. Methods the English version of osteoporosis (OP) knowledge evaluation tool OKAT was translated into Chinese version. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 300 elderly inpatients in Jining Medical College affiliated Hospital by convenient sampling method. Reliability and validity were analyzed by SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0 software. The reliability was evaluated by internal consistency Cronbach 偽 coefficient, split-half reliability coefficient, intra-group correlation coefficient, item-total score correlation coefficient and so on. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were used to evaluate its validity. Results the Cronbach 偽 coefficient was 0.811, the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.901, and the (ICC) correlation coefficient was 0.2360.532.The item correlation analysis showed that each item score had significant correlation with the total score. Two factors were obtained by EFA. The common degree of each item was 0.621 / 0.851.The cumulative explanatory variance was 68.532. CFA was used to obtain the adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI) 0.922), the fitting index (GFI) 0.946), the square root of approximate error (RMSEA) 0.003), and the regression coefficient (0.16g / 0.88).
