【摘要】：正盡管聯(lián)合抗逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒治療(combination antiretroviral therapy,c ART)使HIV感染者預(yù)期壽命有了明顯延長,然而對于HIV感染,特別是在疾病晚期才開始c ART治療的患者,非艾滋病相關(guān)并發(fā)癥如心血管疾病、惡性腫瘤、腎臟病、肝病及骨疾病發(fā)病率增加~([1])。在接受c ART治療的HIV感染人群中,非艾滋病相關(guān)并發(fā)癥的病死率已超過艾滋病相關(guān)
[Abstract]:Although combined antiretroviral therapy (combination antiretroviral therapy,c ART) has significantly increased life expectancy for HIV infected people, non-AIDS-related complications such as cardiovascular disease are associated with HIV infections, especially in patients who start treatment with c ART at an advanced stage of the disease. The incidence of malignant tumor, kidney disease, liver disease and bone disease increased. The mortality rate of non-AIDS-related complications in the HIV infected population treated with c ART was higher than that of AIDS-related complications.
