烏魯木齊市漢族、維吾爾族60至70歲女性血清微量元素與骨密度之間的對(duì)比分析

【摘要】:目的:通過(guò)測(cè)量烏魯木齊市漢族與維吾爾族60至70歲女性骨密度(BMD)及血清中的微量元素,比較兩組人群之間是否存在差異。方法:使用MEDILINK生產(chǎn)的雙能X線骨密度(BMD)測(cè)量?jī)x對(duì)烏魯木齊市漢族、維吾爾族60至70歲女性各300人進(jìn)行骨密度測(cè)定;使用美國(guó)貝克曼庫(kù)爾特生產(chǎn)的UnicelDxc 800Synchron生化檢驗(yàn)儀查血清中的微量元素鈣、磷、鎂、鐵含量。按不同民族分成2組,應(yīng)用SPSS 16.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理,得出骨密度的均值、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差,及各個(gè)微量元素的均數(shù)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差,并進(jìn)行兩組樣本均數(shù)的t檢驗(yàn),比較兩組之間血清微量元素與骨密度是否存在差異。結(jié)果:漢族60至70歲女性組的BMD為0.773±0.121g/cm2,維吾爾族60至70歲女性組的BMD為0.774±0.144 g/cm2,兩組樣本均數(shù)的t檢驗(yàn)示P值大于0.05,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;漢族60至70歲女性組的微量元素鐵為19.5±6.18umol/L,維吾爾族60至70歲女性組的微量元素鐵為14.1±2.88umol/L,P值小于0.001,兩組之間有統(tǒng)計(jì)差異。其余的血清微量元素鈣、磷、鎂兩組之間無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論:烏魯木齊市漢族、維吾爾族60至70歲女性血清微量元素鐵存在差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure bone mineral density (BMD) and trace elements in serum of women aged 60 to 70 years in Urumqi Han nationality and Uygur nationality, and to compare the differences between the two groups. Methods: the bone mineral density (BMD) of 300 women aged 60 to 70 years of Uygur nationality in Urumqi city were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (BMD) produced by MEDILINK. The contents of trace elements calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron in serum were determined by UnicelDxc 800Synchron biochemical analyzer produced by Beckman Kurt, USA. Divided into two groups according to different nationalities, the mean value of bone mineral density, standard deviation, and the mean and standard deviation of trace elements were obtained by using SPSS 16.0 statistical software, and the t test of the mean number of samples in the two groups was carried out. The differences between serum trace elements and bone mineral density were compared between the two groups. Results: the BMD was 0.773 鹵0.121 g / cm ~ 2 in the female group of 60 to 70 years old in Han nationality and 0.774 鹵0.144 g / cm ~ 2 in the female group of 60 to 70 years old of Uygur nationality. The trace element iron of Han women aged 60 to 70 years old was 19.5 鹵6.18umoll / L, and that of Uygur women aged 60 to 70 years was 14.1 鹵2.88umoll / L P < 0.001. There was statistical difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference in serum trace elements calcium, phosphorus and magnesium between the two groups. Conclusion: there are differences in serum trace element iron between 60 and 70 years old women of Han nationality and Uygur nationality in Urumqi.
