【摘要】：目的:探討同伴支持教育在社區(qū)2型糖尿病(2 type diabetes mellitus,T2DM)健康教育管理中的作用。方法:篩選我市疊彩社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心的200位糖尿病患者作為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)平均分為同伴支持教育組和對(duì)照組,行基線隨訪,對(duì)照組給予糖尿病常規(guī)教育管理,同伴支持教育組予給糖尿病常規(guī)教育管理+同伴支持教育管理。結(jié)果:同伴支持教育組}f予同伴支持教育后,體重,BMI,血糖,餐后2h血糖,糖化血紅蛋白,TG,TC,DM自我管理行為,DM相關(guān)問題,WHO-5幸福感指數(shù)均較同伴支持教育前有所改善,且均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:同伴支持教育可能通過提高糖尿病患者的自我管理行為和WHO-5幸福感指數(shù),減少糖尿病患者的相關(guān)問題,達(dá)到控制體重,降低血糖、血脂、糖化血紅蛋白(HbA_1c)的作用,適用于2型糖尿病患者的健康教育管理。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the role of peer support education in the health education management of type 2 diabetes mellitus (2 type diabetes mellitus, T2DM) in community. Methods: 200 diabetic patients in Diecai community health service center were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into peer support education group and control group, and the control group was followed up and the control group was given diabetes. Regular education management, peer support education group gave diabetes routine education management + peer support education management. Results: after peer support education group}f to peer support education, weight, BMI, blood glucose, postprandial 2H blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, TG, TC, DM self management behavior, DM related problems, WHO-5 happiness index before peer support education before the peer education It is better than the control group, and the difference is statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: peer support education may reduce the related problems of diabetic patients by improving the self management behavior and WHO-5 happiness index of diabetic patients, to control weight, reduce blood sugar, blood lipids, and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA_1c), which is suitable for type 2 diabetes.
