蓄酸電池廠鉛作業(yè)工人血鉛異;仡櫺躁犃醒芯

【摘要】:目的分析蓄電池廠鉛作業(yè)工人血鉛異常的影響因素。方法采用典型抽樣方法,以某蓄電池廠的鉛作業(yè)工人為研究對象,進行為期3年的回顧性隊列研究。起點時間為2011年9月,起點事件為血鉛水平400.0μg/L;觀察截止時間為2014年9月,終點事件為血鉛水平≥400.0μg/L(血鉛異常)。采用COX回歸分析分析血鉛異常的影響因素。結(jié)果共有244名鉛作業(yè)工人納入研究。2011年9月時,基線鉛作業(yè)工齡中位數(shù)(M)為6.3(0.7~35.9)年,基線血鉛水平M為321.5(215.7~398.7)μg/L;3年間共有78人發(fā)生血鉛異常,血鉛異常發(fā)生率為32.0%。多因素COX回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,工作時不佩戴口罩、基線血鉛水平300.0μg/L、工作場所鉛超標和鉛作業(yè)工齡5.0年者發(fā)生血鉛異常的風險相對較高(P0.01),相對危險度分別為工作時佩戴口罩、基線血鉛水平≤300.0μg/L、工作場所鉛不超標、鉛作業(yè)工齡≤5.0年者的6.89、4.00、9.02和2.93倍。結(jié)論應加強對工作時不佩戴口罩、基線鉛水平300.0μg/L、工作場所空氣中鉛超標和鉛作業(yè)工齡5.0年的蓄電池廠鉛作業(yè)工人的職業(yè)性慢性鉛中毒防治工作。
