【摘要】：雖然抗逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒療法(antiretroviral therapy,ART)能夠有效地抑制人類免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)的復(fù)制,但病毒血癥現(xiàn)象依然存在.基于此,主要探討病毒避難所是否存在.研究發(fā)現(xiàn):由于存在血腦屏障,在接受治療的狀況下,大腦中的病毒載量仍然保持在較高穩(wěn)態(tài),表明大腦確是HIV病毒的避難所;外周血中的病毒水平并不能正確反映身體內(nèi)其他組織中的病毒載量狀況.
[Abstract]:Although antiretrovirals (art) can effectively inhibit the replication of human immunodeficiency virus (human immunodeficiency), viremia still exists. Based on this, this paper mainly discusses the existence of virus shelters. The study found that: due to the existence of blood-brain barrier, in the condition of treatment, the viral load in the brain remains at a high homeostasis, indicating that the brain is indeed a refuge for HIV; Viral levels in peripheral blood do not accurately reflect viral load in other tissues of the body.
