【摘要】：正痛風(fēng)病是臨床上比較常見的一種疾病,主要以嘌呤代謝異常導(dǎo)致機(jī)體發(fā)病,發(fā)病率約0.2%~0.4%~([1]),男性多于女性。臨床特點為高尿酸血癥和尿酸鹽結(jié)晶沉積,主要損傷關(guān)節(jié)、滑囊、腎臟、肌腱、韌帶及其他組織。近期的一項研究表明:臨床上伴有和不伴有臨床癥狀的脊柱痛風(fēng)在痛風(fēng)發(fā)病率中可占到
