HIF-1α調(diào)節(jié)糖尿病血管平滑肌成骨樣變的研究進展

【摘要】:糖尿病血管鈣化是糖尿病嚴重的并發(fā)癥,這類患者病情相對復雜、各類并發(fā)癥多、治療難度大,呈現(xiàn)高發(fā)病率、高致殘率、高死亡率的形勢。新近的觀點認為血管鈣化形成過程是中膜的血管平滑肌細胞(vascular smooth muscle cells,VSMCs)向成骨樣細胞表型轉(zhuǎn)變的一個骨發(fā)育類似的主動、可預防、可逆轉(zhuǎn)的可調(diào)控過程。既往研究著重于探討低氧誘導因子-1α(hypoxia inducible fator1,HIF-1α)與糖尿病血管新生的關(guān)系,而對于其與血管VSMCs成骨樣變的關(guān)聯(lián)未見綜述報道;诖,本文將結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻,從HIF-1α結(jié)構(gòu)及其功能、表達調(diào)控機制、阻斷劑應用、HIF-1α與糖尿病VSMCs成骨樣變的關(guān)系四個方面做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Vascular calcification of diabetes mellitus is a serious complication of diabetes mellitus. This kind of patients' condition is relatively complex, many kinds of complications, the treatment is difficult, presents the situation of high incidence, high disability rate and high mortality. Recently, it is believed that the process of vascular calcification is a similar active, preventable and reversible process of bone development during the phenotypic transition of vascular smooth muscle cells (vascular smooth muscle cells) to osteoblast-like cells. Previous studies have focused on the relationship between hypoxia inducible factor-1 偽 (hypoxia inducible fator1HIF-1 偽) and diabetic angiogenesis. Based on this, this article will review the relationship between the structure and function of HIF-1 偽, the mechanism of expression regulation, and the relationship between HIF-1 偽 and osteogenesis of diabetic VSMCs.
