【摘要】：干燥綜合征(SS)是一種外分泌腺功能障礙引起的全身性自身免疫性疾病,其主要表現(xiàn)有口腔、眼、鼻、咽、喉和陰道表面粘膜的干燥,由于淚腺和唾液腺是其外分泌腺中主要受累的腺體,故口干癥及眼干癥是干燥綜合征的主要臨床表現(xiàn)。目前針對(duì)口眼干燥的臨床治療,西醫(yī)以促進(jìn)外分泌腺體分泌和局部潤(rùn)滑保護(hù)為主,中醫(yī)則主要以中藥內(nèi)治及外治的方法,達(dá)到生津潤(rùn)燥,濡養(yǎng)孔竅的目的。本文對(duì)近年來干燥綜合征的發(fā)病機(jī)制及口眼干燥的中西醫(yī)治療研究進(jìn)展綜述如下。
[Abstract]:Sjogren's syndrome (SS) is a systemic autoimmune disease caused by dysfunction of exocrine glands. It is characterized by dry mucous membrane on the surface of mouth, eye, nose, pharynx, larynx and vagina. Because lacrimal gland and salivary gland are the main involved glands in exocrine glands, xerostomia and xerophthalmia are the main clinical manifestations of Sjogren's syndrome. At present, for the clinical treatment of dryness of mouth and eye, western medicine mainly promotes the secretion of exocrine glands and local lubrication protection, while traditional Chinese medicine mainly uses the method of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to achieve the purpose of moistening dryness and nourishing orifices and orifices. This article reviews the pathogenesis of Sjogren's syndrome and advances in the treatment of dryness of mouth and eye by traditional Chinese and Western medicine in recent years.
