【摘要】：目的探討健康人和2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清游離脂肪酸(FFA)之間的相關關系,確定潛在生物標志物。方法采用氣相-質譜聯(lián)用(GC-MS)方法檢測56例健康體檢者(對照組)和57例2型糖尿病患者(2型糖尿病組)血清游離脂肪酸水平,結合PCA和PLS-DA方法對檢測出的游離脂肪酸進行分析。結果 2型糖尿病組高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平較對照組顯著降低(P0.05),葡萄糖(GLU)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)膽固醇(CHOL)水平顯著升高(P0.01);十二烷酸(C12:0)、棕櫚酸(C16:0)、反-油酸(C18:1T)、亞油酸(C18:2)、花生酸(C20:0)、二十碳五烯酸(C20:5)、γ-亞麻酸(γ-C18:3)水平較對照組顯著降低(P0.05),硬脂酸(C18:0)、花生一烯酸(C20:1)、二十碳二烯酸(C20:2)、二十碳三烯酸(C20:3n-6)、花生四烯酸(C20:4)、山崳酸(C22:0)、二十二碳五烯酸(C22:5n-3)、二十二碳六烯酸(C22:6ns)水平較對照組顯著降低(P0.01),其他各游離脂肪酸無顯著性差異(P0.05)。結論 2型糖尿病的發(fā)生與體內脂代謝紊亂有關,以C18:1、C18:2和C16:0作為2型糖尿病潛在生物標志物。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum free fatty acids (FFA) and potential biomarkers in healthy subjects and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients. Methods the levels of serum free fatty acids in 56 healthy controls and 57 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (type 2 diabetes mellitus) were detected by GC-MS. The free fatty acids were analyzed by PCA and PLS-DA. Results the levels of high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), glucose (GLU), serum triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) cholesterol (Chol), dodecanoic acid (C12: 0), palmitic acid (C16V0), C18wt (T) in type 2 diabetes mellitus group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), and the levels of serum triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (chol) were significantly increased (P0.01). The levels of C18: 2, C20: 0, C20: 5, 緯 -C18: 3 were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), stearic acid (C18: 0), arachidonic acid (C2001), eicosylenoic acid (C2020), eicosylenoic acid (C203n-6), arachidonic acid (C2040), docosylic acid (C22: 0), 22 carbapenoic acid (C20: 1) The levels of acid (C22: 5n-3) and 22 carbohexaenoic acid (C22: 6ns) were significantly lower than those of the control group (P0.01). There was no significant difference in other free fatty acids (P0.05). Conclusion the occurrence of type 2 diabetes is related to the disorder of lipid metabolism in vivo. C18: 1, C18: 2 and C16: 0 are used as potential biomarkers of type 2 diabetes.
